Payment policy
Terms and conditions concerning individual guests:
During no special periods:
- Payment at the hotel with cash or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard)
During special periods, public holidays:
Deposit is required, which is 20 % of the total price of your booking. (Except New Year’s Eve, when 50% of the total price of your booking is required.)
- The deposit must be paid within 8 business days from the date of the booking. (The deposit can be paid in advance by bank-transfer, cash or credit card).
- After having paid, penalty free cancellation is not possible; in case of cancellation we charge the deposit as a penalty.
- The remaining amount can be paid by cash or credit card directly at the hotel.
- Non-paying the deposit does not relieve guests from the cancellation policy! The booking remains active until its written cancellation.
Cancellation policy
Terms and conditions concerning individual guests:
- 7-2 days before arrival date 30% of total price of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 48-24 hours before arrival date 50% of total price of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.Within 24 hours before arrival or in case of no show 100 % will be charged as a cancellation fee.
