Hotel Services

All rooms are equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling. They work only with closed windows!

Baby cot, potty, toilet reducer, step stool are provided on request. Please contact reception. Baby feeding chairs are available in the restaurant.
Bathrobe (in various sizes) can be requested at the wellness reception and will be returned on the day of departure. If the bathrobe is not returned, you will be charged HUF 5000 per piece.
Bed linen can be changed daily upon request, please contact reception or housekeeping staff.
Bicycle rental is available, please ask at reception for rates.
Extra blankets are provided upon request, please contact the housekeeping staff or reception!
Buffet breakfast is served every day from 7:30 to 10:00 in the Main Restaurant. In case of an event, the location may change to the Design Restaurant, but we will always inform our guests in advance.
Please leave your room before 10:30 am on the day of your departure. If you need late check-out - please contact the reception!
The playground is located in the park, surrounded by beautiful greenery: an exciting combination of climbing frame, baby swing, swings for older children and sandpit offer fun for children.
Our housekeeping staff cleans the rooms daily and changes the towels. If you do not require cleaning on the day, please inform the housekeeping staff by placing a "Do Not Disturb sign" on the door handle, you can find it in room folder.
Our hotel is an excellent venue for business meetings, meetings, team building trainings, conferences. Modern technology, great experience, our hotel has a 200 m2 and two 60 m2 conference rooms. For more information, please contact the sales manager!

Our hotel has two first class restaurants, where we offer domestic and international cuisine and our own winery, Villa Völgy Winery, with high quality wines.

Our main restaurant is open every day from 7:30 - 10:00 and 12:00 - 22:00. You can order from the a' la carte menu between 12:00 - 21:00. Breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 - 10:00. Half board guests can dine from 18:00 - 21:00. In case of an event, the location of the meals may change to the Design Restaurant, but we will always inform our guests in advance. Please contact the restaurant or the reception if you require a meal without allergens (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, etc.). We are not able to serve tap water in jug in our restaurants, but we can serve mineral water in bottles based on the prices on the drink list.

If your room card is lost or damaged, please contact the reception. The surcharge is HUF 3,000 HUF/card.

In our hotel you can taste the wines of our own winery, the Villa Völgy Winery, during a wine tasting or a wine dinner. Every Saturday from 17:00 you are invited to an optional wine tasting!

The programme will be held if at least 10 people register. The wines will be presented by the winemaker of Villa Völgy Winery. The price of the 5 wine tasting (5 x 0,6 dl): 6.500 Ft/person. Wine tasting includes snacks (baguette, cheese and apple.) Please inform the reception if you wish to participate!

On the wine order form in the room folder, please indicate which wines you would like us to prepare for you on the day of your departure, which you can purchase at a discounted cellar price.

FIRE PREVENTION RULES

  • It is FORBIDDEN to smoke and use naked light inside the buildings of the hotel, including the restaurants, the host cellar, the indoor wellness area and the rooms!

/In case of alarm because of smoking, you have to pay a fee of 50.000 HUF/

It is not allowed to bring inflammable and explosive materials to the hotel’s area. (e.g. PB gas holder)

Stand clear the exits and the walkways.

The room and its furnitures must be used for their original function.

It is FORBIDDEN to use any kind of heat generator in the room.

Before you leave the room, please check – in all cases – if there is anything left behinf that can cause fire. (e.g. burning cigarette, electric machine turned on)

On the door of the room you can find your room’s floor layout. The arrow shows the way to the emergency exit. In case of fire, please leave your room and the building according to the way shown on this map. The use of the elevator is prohibited!
